Couples Therapy

I have been trained to work with couples who are experiencing relationship distress using an approach called Cognitive-Behavioural Couples Therapy. This type of therapy can be helpful if you and your partner are having problems with trust, communicating with each other, resolving arguments, making decisions, or moving past an affair. Couples Therapy can provide a safe space in which you can learn new skills to re-connect with your partner, increase intimacy, and improve the ‘atmosphere’ in your relationship.
