Therapy appointments during the pandemic
If you are finding things difficult during the pandemic and need to speak to a professional about how to maintain your wellbeing, I am continuing to support new and current clients via telephone and online sessions. Therapy in the comfort of your own home by webcam, phone, chat, or email. Daytime, evening, and weekend appointments available.
Telephone and online appointments are just as effective as face-to-face appointments for most people. Therapy can be done in this way with individuals and with couples. Prior to the coronavirus outbreak, I was already offering therapy appointments by phone or online, as I have worked in this way for many years with people around the world.
